A chill time with Good Boy Wine x Washed Out
Late last year, we at @naturalfuckingwine were fortunate enough to receive some delicious natural wines from Good Boy Wine. Among the bottles we received was one in collaboration with the band Washed Out, who have been dubbed "the godfather of chillwave" by Pitchfork.
The wine, an Organic Pinot Noir + Pinot Gris Co-Ferment, was a refreshing and tasty option for a warm Memphis day in August. Its light, fruity flavors made it a perfect pairing for a variety of dishes, from grilled seafood to salads.
But the collaboration with Washed Out wasn't just a gimmick – it was a natural fit. The band's music, with its dreamy, laid-back vibes, is the perfect soundtrack for sipping on a glass of wine and relaxing in the sunshine. And the wine itself was just as chill as the band's tunes, making for a harmonious pairing.
We were impressed by the quality of the wine and the creativity of the collaboration. It's always exciting to see natural winemakers pushing the boundaries and trying new things, and this partnership was a great example of that.
If you're a fan of natural wine and good music, be sure to check out Good Boy Wine.
